Sight is one of best senses which God has given to human beings. It is the moral duty of every social service organisation to play an important role in the restoration of eyesight in poor and needy persons. With this vision in mind Eye Care Society has taken up the mission of bringing light to lives of entire mankind especially poor and underprivileged people.

He is the founder President of Eye Care Society. He did his M.B.B.S. from Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur in 1993-99 with Gold Medal In Ophthalmology and M.S. in Ophthalmology from SMS Medical College , Jaipur in 1999-2002 again awarded Gold Medal for his best Academics.

He is an exceptional Surgeon with expertise in Phacoemulsification and Foldable IOL implantation , Lasik Surgery, Glaucoma Surgery, Lid Surgery, Squint Surgery etc.

He is Consultant Ophthalmologist and heading ophthalmic services in Apex Hospital , Malviya Nagar and Rawat Phaco Surgery Centre, Opp. Govinddevji Temple , Jaipur

He is one of the best Endocrinologist of entire Rajasthan. He did his MBBS from Sardar Patel Medical College , Bikaner in year 1973-1978, M.D. in Medicine from Sardar Patel Medical College , Bikaner in year 1979-1983 and D.M. In Endocrinology from PGIMR, Chandigarh in year 1993.

He joined SMS Medical college, Jaipur as Assistant Professor in 1995 and took voluntary retirement in 2004. He runs an Exclusive Endocrinology and Diabetes Clinic at his residence 11, Shivaji Nagar, Civil Lines and he is also the Associate Professor at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College , Jaipur.

Experience ( in years) of working in the respective area

Since its inception on 17/2/2005 Eye Care society has organized

• 35 Free OPD Eye checkup camps in nearby villages of Jaipur – Kanota, Bassi, Jagatpura, Sanganer, Sheopur, Amritpuri Kacchi Basti, Khania Banda, Amagarh and Goner village where 1010 patients have been benefited by Complete Eye Checkup
• 235 Free Cataract Surgery and IOL implantation has been done . All the patients were provided Free Transportation, Stay, Food, Medicine, Spectacle and Black Goggle from the Society

• 3 Free School Eye checkup has been done in which 1606 school students has undergone complete eye checkup , 261 children were found to have refractive error.
• 215 School children have been provided with Free Spectacles and 97 children have been given eye drops for common eye ailments.

Eye Care Society has strong mutual association with Rawat Phaco surgery centre managed by Maliram Pooranmal Charitable Trust , Opp. Govinddevji Temple and Apex Hospital , Malviya Nagar, jaipur where all the Free Eye Surgeries are being conducted.

Rawat Phaco Surgery centre is well equipped with all the modern state of the art ophthalmic instruments like Carl Zeiss operating microscope from Germany with attached Samsung Camera and Digital imaging software on Desktop to record all the Surgeries, Oertli Swisstech Phaco machine from Switzerland, Optikon A-Scan from Italy, Keratometer, Ophthalmic chair unit to name a few and an Air conditioned Separate Eye O.T.                                                                           Top
